I'm terrible with names but the dark haired fellow at the parts counter is always super helpful, I feel even worse now thinking back on it because he remembers my name and how comical my email address is. I only gave it 4 stars because nobody's perfect there's always room for improvement, There is no no reason to believe that it is due to any of the service I received.
